Why should I choose Child Car Safety and Education to install my child's car seat? 
We are incredibly passionate about ensuring children are transported safely on our roads and we have years of experience in fitting child car seats. We take pride in ensuring that every single car seat fitting we complete is correct and we provide all of our customers with education on how to use and adjust the car seat as the child grows. 

Are your Car Seat Fitters Accredited?
Yes, our Fitters are Accredited Type 1 Child Car Seat Fitters. Our Fitters are also fully insured and possess their Working With Children Check.

We are experiencing financial hardship - can you still help us?
Of course we can! If you're struggling financially and are needing your car seat(s) fitted, please email us at hello@childcarsafetyandeducation.com.au and we would be more than happy to work something out with you. We are more than happy to offer you a discounted rate and/or payment plan.

Do you offer urgent appointments?
Yes. If you are needing an urgent/emergency appointment please SMS us directly on 0400 715 262 and we will facilitate this with you as soon as possible.

Do you have a location where we can come to you?
Currently we only offer a Mobile Service (where we come to your residence). We are currently in the process of trying to secure a location where we can perform car seat fittings and checks from 1-2 days per week - this will enable us to offer an On-Site Service for our customers at a reduced price.

How far in advance do you take bookings?
We currently take bookings up to 3 months in advance for those who like to be organised.
